At all times while this agreement is in force and after its expiration or termination,
I agree to refrain from disclosing Wellness at Home Senior Concierge Specialists in association with Pine Island Wellness at Home LLC (and other affiliated locations) customer lists, trade secrets, or other confidential material as well as agrees to take reasonable security measures to prevent accidental disclosure and industrial espionage.
(b) While this agreement is in force, the service provider agrees to use [his/her] best efforts to provide senior concierge to clients and to abide by the nondisclosure and noncompetition terms of this agreement; the company agrees to compensate the employee as follows: hourly with biweekly pay. After expiration or termination of this agreement, I agree not to compete with for a period of 1 year within a 30-mile radius of Wellness at Home Senior Concierge Specialists in association with Pine Island Wellness at Home LLC and Wellness at Home of Cape Coral. This prohibition will not apply if this agreement is terminated by Wellness at Home Concierge Specialists.
Competition means owning or working for a business of the following type: Senior Concierge, personal care services, assistance with activities of daily living, independent activities of daily living, social community involvement, home modifications, interior/exterior home maintenance, property management, and automobile maintenance, scheduling sub-contractors, or approaching clients of Wellness at Home Senior Concierge Specialists in association with Pine Island Wellness at Home LLC (and other affiliated locations) with intent to contract independently with client.
(c) As a service provider for Wellness at Home Senior Concierge Specialists in association with Pine Island Wellness at Home LLC (and other affiliated locations), I agree to take responsibility for any violation of the covenant not to compete contained in subparagraph (b) of this paragraph and understands the consequence will be responsibility of any losses to Wellness at Home Senior Concierge Specialists in association with Pine Island Wellness at Home LLC (and other affiliated locations)
